Take a £600 designer jumper apart and the wool is rarely where the money went. It went on the store on Bond Street, the campaign, the ambassador and the small embroidered mark on the chest. The knit itself is a fraction of what you handed over.
That is the whole reason Old Casa London exists. Not to undercut anyone on quality — to stop charging you for the parts of a garment you never wear.
How we work
We are a curated menswear shop, not a fashion house. We do not run a showroom, we do not book campaigns, and we do not have a name to maintain on a high street. What we do is go through a great deal of product and keep the small share of it that survives a simple test: would a man who already dresses well be happy to wear this for three years?
Most pieces do not survive that. The ones that do go into the shop. That is why the range is narrower than you might expect, and why it changes slowly.
The logo is the cheapest part of the garment. It is also the part you pay the most for.
What you will find here
Footwear. Loafers, boots for a British winter, and clean casual and formal shoes — the part of an outfit people read first, and the part most men underspend on.
Knitwear and shirting. Jumpers, half-zips and cardigans in the weights you actually reach for, plus polos, overshirts and shirts in cotton and linen.
Trousers and outerwear. Chinos and tailored trousers cut close enough to look deliberate and loose enough to sit down in, and coats that work over a shirt and over a jumper — the only real test.
The finishing pieces. Belts, wallets, watches, sunglasses and bags. Quiet by design, with no loud branding.
What we will not do
We will not invent a heritage. Old Casa London is a young shop, run by a small team, and we would rather tell you that than print a fake founding date on a label.
We will not tell you a piece is handmade in Italy unless we can prove it, so we simply do not make the claim. What we will tell you is the material, the fit and how it behaves after a season, because that is what decides whether you wear it.

Wear it properly. If it is not right, send it back for a full refund.
Ordering from us
Tracked delivery across the UK is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surprise line at checkout. Returns run for thirty days from the day your parcel arrives.
When you write to us, a person answers — within 24 hours, seven days a week. If something arrives wrong, say so and we will fix it. That is a low bar, and it is astonishing how many shops clear it only on the way in.
