Where your order is

01 Order received A confirmation email arrives within minutes. No tracking number yet — the parcel does not exist at this point.

02 Dispatched This is when your tracking number is created and emailed to you.

03 On its way Scans update as the parcel moves. Quiet days in between are normal, particularly in transit.

I have no tracking number yet

It is created at dispatch, not at checkout. If you have not received it yet, email us and we will chase it.

My number shows “not found”

Carriers can take up to 48 hours to register a new parcel. Try again the following day before assuming something is wrong.

Tracking has not moved in days

Long-haul legs often show no scans until the parcel reaches the UK. If there is no movement for seven days, get in touch and we will open a case with the carrier.

I ordered several items

They may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing.
