RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
