How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 7–12 working days. Delivery is free and tracked on every UK order.
What if the size is not right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Email support@old-casa.com with your order number first. Return postage is paid by the customer.
How do I find my size?
Use the size chart next to the size selector on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest the larger one — or email us and we will help.
How should I care for it?
Knitwear and shirting: wash cool, reshape while damp, dry flat. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and stops them softening properly on their own.
Leather: wipe clean with a dry cloth and condition twice a year.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to support@old-casa.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched yet, we will change or cancel it for you.
