Delivery costs

Express delivery is available for £4.95. Any delivery cost that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing and delivery times

• Standard delivery (free in the UK): processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, delivered within 7–10 working days.
• Express delivery (£4.95): processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, delivered within 5–8 working days.

Express delivery is available as an option at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can follow your parcel at any time on our tracking page.

Delivery delays

Old Casa is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on for £3.95 per order, available in your cart.

If you add Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Old Casa bears the full cost. At your choice, we will either send a replacement of the affected item(s) free of charge or refund the full value of the affected item(s), including the original delivery cost.

• Making a claim: contact us at support@old-casa.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order number and a short description of what happened.
• Damaged parcels: please attach clear photos of the item and the packaging.
• Response time: we aim to respond to every claim within 24 hours.
• Fee: the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
• Without Shipping Protection: your statutory rights and our 1 year warranty continue to apply. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
