FAQs
How do I know which size to order?
Our shoes come in UK sizes 6 to 12, including half sizes. If you're between sizes, order the larger one — feet tend to spread a little over the years and swell over the course of the day.
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres. If you'd rather ask, email us at support@old-casa.com and we'll help you work it out.
What happens if they don't fit?
Send them back within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Email support@old-casa.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
Are your shoes suitable for wider feet?
Our shoes are made with a roomier toe box than standard footwear, so there's more space across the front. That helps if your feet are on the wider side or tend to swell during the day. Where a style comes in a wider fitting, it's stated on the product page.
Can I wear my own insoles?
Most of our styles have enough depth to take a standard insole. If you use one, we'd suggest ordering half a size up.
Are they easy to put on?
Several of our styles slip on or use touch fastening, so there's no bending down and no fiddling with laces. Each product page tells you how that particular shoe fastens.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery is free on every UK order. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched you'll get an email with a tracking number, so you can see where your parcel is at any time.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. You can pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay — we never see or store your card details.
Can I speak to someone before I order?
Yes. Email us at support@old-casa.com, Monday to Saturday, and we'll normally reply the same day.
What are the shoes made from?
The exact materials for each style — upper, lining and sole — are listed on the product page under the description. If anything isn't clear, email us and we'll check it for you.
